The split

70% of our commission is yours.

When a buyer we introduced completes on your property, we take our commission from the sale and 70% of it goes to you. Nothing is deducted for marketing, video, the dashboard or our time abroad.

Larger agencies that bring volume can agree a different split with us in writing. Your rate shows in your dashboard, and the figure on a deal is fixed when the deal is recorded.

How it works

Four steps, and a dashboard that shows you where you stand.

You never lose sight of a property after you send it.

  1. Apply once

    Tell us who you are and where you work. We reply within one working day and, if we are a fit, open your dashboard.

  2. List your properties

    Add each unit with its price, size and photos. We check it, and it goes live on socproperty.com under our brand.

  3. We sell it abroad

    Our buyers are overseas Egyptians and foreign investors. We handle the calls, the video tours, the paperwork and the hand-holding.

  4. You get paid

    Your dashboard tracks every deal from negotiation to payment, with your share of the commission shown on each one.

What we ask

Three things, and they are not negotiable.

  • The property is really available. Priced as the owner or developer has agreed, with the paperwork in order.
  • The details are true. Size, floor, delivery date and payment plan as they actually are. Our buyers are 5,000 kilometres away and are trusting us.
  • Our buyer stays ours. We introduce the buyer, we handle them. You deal with us, not with them.
What you never have to do
  • Speak English on a call at 2am Cairo time.
  • Explain Egyptian ownership rules to a Canadian buyer.
  • Build a website, run ads, or chase a lead across six time zones.
  • Pay us a fee, a subscription, or a listing charge.

We are Americans living in Egypt. The overseas half of the sale is the half we do.
