We are Americans who chose to live in Egypt. We learned the market the way every newcomer does: by asking questions nobody had written the answers to, in a language we were still learning.

SOC Real Estate exists so the next buyer does not have to. We work with developers and owners across Cairo, the New Capital and the Coast, and we represent the buyer’s understanding of the deal at every step.

You will see Tia on camera in most of our tours and guides. She walks the properties, asks the questions you would ask, and takes the video calls with serious buyers herself.
