Buying from abroad

Seven steps from first call to keys.

You can complete every one of them without travelling. Many buyers fly in once, for handover.

  1. A first call

Thirty minutes on video, in English. You tell us your budget, your reasons and your timeline. We tell you honestly what that buys and where.

  2. A shortlist

We send three to five units that fit, each with its price, payment plan, delivery date and the developer’s name.

  3. Live video tours

We walk every shortlisted unit and its neighbourhood on camera with you, at an hour that suits your time zone. You ask, we point the camera.

  4. Reservation

When you choose, we reserve the unit with the developer and send you every document in writing before any contract is signed.

  5. Independent legal review

We introduce you to an independent Egyptian lawyer who works for you, reviews the contract and confirms how ownership and payment rules apply to you.

  6. Payment and handover

You pay the developer directly under the contract. We track construction, attend handover and send you a full video inspection.

  7. After the sale

Furnishing, letting and management can stay with us, so the property is looked after when you are not in Egypt.

Ownership and payments

The rules depend on who you are.

What a foreign national may own in Egypt, how a purchase is registered, and how money is sent into the country all depend on your nationality, the type of property and where it is.

We do not guess. Before you pay anything, the independent lawyer we introduce confirms in writing how the rules apply to you. That review is step five, and we will not skip it.

Step one
